The Strathwood Basics Hardwood Chaise Lounge is a very stylish chaise lounge that is sure to please. This particular chaise lounge comes with a really cool slide out tray table that is perfect to place your drink, snack, book, lotions, or whatever else you may need to stay handy. When not in use the tray table simply slides back underneath the chair and out of site.
The back of this chair has 5 different positions to choose from – it will go from completely flat to sitting fully upright in a jiffy. There is a position for every person no matter their preference.
The Strathwood Basics Hardwood Chaise Lounge is constructed of very durable eucalyptus hardwood that is perfect for outdoor settings. If you are not familiar with eucalyptus it is comparable to teak and is naturally resistant to rot and insects. This chaise lounge also has wood slats with space between each to allow water to pass easily through to keep moisture from staying in contact with the chair for extended periods.
When your new chair arrives it has the classic new oiled wood look to it. You can maintain this look if you reapply an oil treatment at least once a year. Otherwise, you can simply allow it to weather with age and turn a shade of silver or gray similar to teak when it ages.
